GROUP EXERCISE
The group exercise program is co-ordinated by Alexis Moores, who has considerable experience in the field of physical fitness and adaptive physical therapy.

Alexis knows our strengths and limitations well, and customizes a program that meets our needs. We use such equipment as hand weights, therabands, rubble balls and yoga cushions, which provide a variety of aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises.
We have a lot of fun while we do an ever-changing dynamic workout!
